Blue Pacific Property supports and respects the tenant like any other valued customer. We like to build a positive relationship with you as the tenant, this enables us to provide a service which enhances your stay and allows us to manage and maintain the property to a high level for the Landlord.
The relationship between Blue Pacific Property and the tenant is based on effective communication and co-operation and also an understanding of each party's responsibilities and requirements under the lease.
Application and Lease Process
Before any application is accepted at least one of the parties must have viewed the property.
Most applications will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and you will be contacted by phone.
If your application is successful you will be required to pay one weeks rent to secure the property, this must be made by personal cheque, bank cheque or money order.
All occupants must be present to sign the Tenancy Agreement prior to collecting the keys.
Prior to receiving keys and taking procession of the property the Tenancy Agreement must be signed and two weeks rent in advance, or one month in advance if the rent is over $300 per week, must be paid and four weeks bond must also be paid.
A condition report will be received at the time of signing the lease, please complete and return within 7 days.
It is the tenant's responsibility to arrange the connection of utilities, bonds and connection charges.
Our Property Managers are available to assist you with all your leasing requirements. On commencement of your lease Blue Pacific Property will give you a comprehensive information pack to ensure your stay in your new home is both well managed and enjoyable.
