We service the entire Northern beaches and surrounding areas. Our specialty sales areas are Manly, Fairlight, Balgowlah, Balgowlah Heights, Clontarf and Manly Vale. Our Property Management Division focuses on the Northern Beaches and surrounding suburbs but also manages properties across the Sydney metropolitan area as required.
Our aim is to provide a professional service based on integrity and openness to our clients while maximising results.
Our skill set is diverse encompassing Sales, Property Management, Financial Management, Operational Management and Residential Project Management.
Combining these disciplines with a passion for property, extensive local knowledge, excellent negotiation skills and personalised approach we offer a well balanced and professional service.
 Our Director
Our Director and Principal Martin Gudopp has a diverse background in Financial and Operational Management, Project Management and Sales. Having held the roles of Financial Controller and Operations Manager for companies in the Medical, Publishing and Property industries and also managing his own Consultancy Company he is well versed in the operational requirements needed to run a professional and successful Real Estate Business.
Experience in Sales and Project Management compliment his financial and operational knowledge enabling him to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and detailed project plans needed to excel in this very competitive market. Well developed negotiation skills and the maturity to develop respectful and trusting relationships complete a skill set which enables him to offer a highly professional service.
Martin is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).
Martin and his family have resided in the Manly and Fairlight area for 20 years and he is passionate about the exceptional facilities and quality of life the Peninsula has to offer.
